This project involved the completion of fire order works at Blue Haven Retirement Village, Kiama, including the installation of a new fire detection and warning system throughout the facility.
All works were carefully planned and staged to minimise disruption to residents and staff while maintaining continuous fire protection during the upgrade process. The new system was installed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, with a strong focus on compliance, reliability, and long-term performance.
This project demonstrates our experience delivering fire protection upgrades within retirement living environments, where resident safety, clear communication, and regulatory compliance are critical.
