This project involved the delivery of fire order works, including the complete installation of a new fire protection system to an existing accommodation building at 1–3 Randle Street, Surry Hills.
Our team carefully staged the works to minimise disruption to occupants while maintaining continuous fire protection throughout the upgrade process. All installations were completed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, with a strong focus on compliance, system reliability, and clear documentation.
Working within an occupied residential accommodation block required detailed planning, strict safety controls, and close coordination with site stakeholders to ensure works were completed safely and efficiently.
