This project involved fire system upgrades across two Charter Hall–managed retail centres, delivered within live, high-traffic shopping environments.
Our team carefully staged works to minimise disruption to tenants, customers, and centre operations while maintaining continuous fire protection throughout the upgrade process. All systems were upgraded in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, with a strong focus on reliability, compliance documentation, and long-term system performance.
Working within active retail centres required detailed planning, clear communication with centre management, and strict safety controls to ensure works were completed safely and efficiently.
This project demonstrates our capability to deliver fire protection upgrades in retail and commercial property portfolios, supporting both compliance and operational continuity.
